This position will promote Elements programs in community service areas through marketing the entire spectrum of services through direct personal contact with existing and potential referral sources, while providing services in support of referrals and contributing to the welfare of challenged alumni, clients and families. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates with Operations, Clinical and Program Executives, and other stakeholders to develop outreach plans, measure progress against goals, and keep the team informed of activities\/results. Executes promotional programs and other community and mental health and addiction events. Develops and implements a tactical marketing strategy for to increase awareness of programs, facilities and services. Calls on mental health professionals to educate them on the Program's approach to multi-disciplinary approach to treatment of mental disorders and addiction. Attends and represents Elements in community healthcare events, industry trade shows, and professional healthcare meetings\/panels and other industry events. Creates a strategic plan to hit monthly goals. Responsible for documenting daily\/weekly activities and reports accurately to program clients as directed. Build business relationships with clients and community leaders. Provides input to management on strategy and outreach approach and provides market feedback to marketing department and sales leadership. Expands and develop essential leadership skills to meet immediate and future objectives. Seek new customers, either known target accounts or new business found by prospecting, lead generation tools, and market data. Serves as ambassador as well as the eyes and ears of the company. Works extended hours and travels throughout the assigned territory. JOB QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience (B2B or B2C). Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts. Excellent public speaking and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer organization in the territory. Results driven -- documented success in exceeding goals or objectives. Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts. Experience working in the healthcare industry is highly preferred. Bachelor's level degree or higher in business or job related medical or mental healthcare discipline is a plus.
