Job Description
The Content Brand Manager is responsible for supporting programs and strategies which increase internal and external brand recognition for Solis Mammography and Washington Radiology. This will be accomplished through strong and effective brand messaging, creativity, project management, critical and analytical thinking, knowledge of traditional and non-traditional outlets to achieve brand recognition, and working with team members across the business to achieve synergies in brand messaging and presentation. Focus will be placed on how to best engage women, physicians, team members, and neighboring communities to improve brand preference in the markets we serve. RESULTS MEASURED BY THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: Understands, promotes and demonstrates the Solis WayProvide outstanding writing and brand messaging in support of company's marketing collateral, media relations, internal communications, and external marketing efforts;Craft corporate communications, press materials, and other communications that reflect Solis' mission & brand;Provide support, strategy, and content for PowerPoint presentations, for both internal and external audiences;Maintain and refresh all company collateral, media kit, brochures, fact sheets, etc. such that they are up to date, on message, and available as needed to serve the business;Provide copy and narrative updates for company website(s)Manage and update Quick Reference Guide (QRG) for both brands;Analyze, evaluate, and compile requested information for media surveys;Drive and manage the review and approvals process for key deliverables, ensuring quality control, internal buy-in before release of messaging;Create effective headlines, body copy, and compelling messaging in support of company's Direct to Consumer advertising;Support corporate office, other functional leaders, and key team members as needed to support marketing or communications projects;Coordinate with vendors to ensure deadlines are met and that costs stay within budget;Monitor the company's presence on key social media outlets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and on-point messaging which supports the Solis brand;Organize and update corporate history, data, statistics, and rankings to keep information available to leaders throughout the business, as needed;Develop and foster relationships with current and potential vendors who can serve our department in new and innovative ways. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field;Three to five years of demonstrated success in a similar marketing role;Demonstrated results relevant to this position;Strong writing skills, able to write in a variety of styles adapted to multiple audiences and media;Excellent time management and organization skills demonstrating prowess at project management;Solid marketing and communications experience to include development of marketing presentations, website content, and collateral material;Strong desktop publishing and graphics skills with experience in photo editing, page layout, and presentation (PowerPoint) software;Energetic about challenges, self-motivated, and able to focus on long-term objectives while juggling day-to-day projects and requirements;Able to build constructive and effective relationships, put others at ease and establish rapport, relate to all kinds of people at all levels, inside and outside the organization;Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations;Retail and/or healthcare experience a plus.
