A\/E Marketing \/ Pursuit Specialist The\u00a0 Pursuit Specialist \u00a0is a hands-on marketing professional responsiblefor managing the pursuit process from premarketing through interview. Able todirect the development, organization and production of marketing materials,such as: qualifications; proposals; presentations; correspondence; projectdocumentation (both in narrative and graphic form); and CRM Management. Needsto work well with marketing leadership, market sector leadership, principalsand managing principals and other leaders. This position supportsthe Civic market sector and requires significant involvement in market sectorand client strategy as well as client or industry research. Directexperience in Civic market sector strongly preferred. Works closely with theprogram and assists with Go\/No Go process for pursuits. Able to manage largepursuit teams and high pressure deadlines with diligence. Understands proposalstrategy, develops the work plan and manages the pursuit team and reviews toschedule. Works directly with the project manager and marketer\/businessdeveloper, and coordinates with sub consultants and subject matter experts.Involves frequent collaboration with internal staff across business lines toobtain materials\/other information during project pursuits. Is a liaison withsub-consultants for data calls, coordinating deadlines and collectingmaterials. Thosewith Graphic Design degrees who are skilled in production design are encouragedto apply. \u2022Minimum 1 year experience as a marketingprofessional for the A\/E Industry (or other A\/E industry experience) preferred. \u2022Self-starter, team-oriented individual; able towork well with different personalities and professional styles, and with all levelsof staff. \u2022Able to understand the \u201cbig picture\u201d and how itrelates to assigned tasks; needs to be a creative thinker, have a can-doattitude, love challenges.
