Arc Broward, a well-established, nationally accredited, non-profit organization based in Sunrise, Florida is currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our growing family.The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for contributing to and executing the marketing and communications strategy of the agency and our three social enterprises, Arc Culinary, Arc Tech, and Arc Educates. The manager designs and executes a robust marketing & communications plan to help build the brand and strengthen awareness of Arc Broward’s social enterprises.The role of the Marketing and Communications Manager will primarily be content creation, therefore the best candidates will have a strong knowledge of all social media platforms, Web, email marketing software, copywriting skills, and basic photography skills.Core Responsibilities:Creates integrated marketing and communication strategies and programs that are robust, impactful, creative, results-oriented, and measurable.Develops and implements a communications strategy that ensures that communications to customers and other key stakeholders are clear, impactful, and consistent/aligned where appropriate.Creates content and executes social media plan across all platforms for agency and social enterprises.Oversees external and internal marketing through the use of mixed media- print, social media, Website, digital media, video and graphic design.Provides strong ideas and implements actions to grow email database and effective outreach through email marketing – including developing email magnets and other strategic campaigns.Increases the social enterprises’ business visibility and relevance in competitive markets through the creation and execution of traditional and non-traditional communication vehicles and channels that support sales efforts. Assists in the overall growth of the businesses via effective communication strategies to ensure increasing customer leads.Participate in special events, fundraising, social and community events, meetings, conferences and trainings which will require some evening and weekends.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree marketing, communications or related field.
