Job Summary

This Assistant Program Manager will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate leadswith a primary focus on account-based marketing campaigns designed to directly support Sales pursuit of key target accounts. Job responsibilities will vary and may include writing, editing, project management of marketing activities tied to programs, and metrics forecasts and reporting. This role will use technology like Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to track, optimize, and execute campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Prepare and manage the execution of marketing campaigns in close coordination with a variety of internal stake holders including sales, other marketers, and product teams.


  • Help to establish and implement the foundation and processes for account-based marketing a key focus for the company.


  • Coordinate and collaborate with vendors and contractors to design and implement marketing campaigns.


  • Implement product and company messaging in marketing campaigns.


  • Generate metrics forecasts and final reporting for campaigns.

    • Generate ideas that can be turned into actionable campaigns to drive marketing objectives that are supported with data.


    • Organize thoughts into written goals, tactics and success metrics.


    • Execute tactics individually and through 3rd party partners.

    • Think deeply through ideas calculating risks and rewards to arrive at recommendations.

    • Craft and edit effective marketing campaign messaging.


    • Optimize PowerPoint presentations and campaign plan templates to effectively communicate marketing campaigns across various audiences.


    • Use charts, pivot tables, outlines and bulleted lists to organize financial and program data, agendas, and process timelines.




  • Project management




    • Develop and manage against program timelines that are efficient to effect work across internal and external teams.


    • Organize and prioritize myriad of goals, tactics and success metrics.


    • Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information particularly as it relates to metrics reporting.




  • Technology proficiency




    • Configure and use software to optimize campaign planning and execution.




  • Health Catalyst product knowledge




    • Learn about the Health Catalyst products and represent to others the strategy and basic functionality of each core product.


    • Understand the vision and mission of Health Catalyst that differentiates its business from market alternatives.




Education & Relevant Experience



  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field. MBA is preferred.


  • 5 years of experience working in a marketing or account management capacity or an equivalent combination of experience and education requiring comparable knowledge, skills and abilities.


  • Knowledge and application of general marketing practices and principles. Knowledge and experience with account-based marketing programs preferred.


  • Experience with email, direct mail, advertising, webinars, and social media for business.


  • Previous healthcare experience preferred.
