Job Details JOB SUMMARY: A member of the Community Relations team, the New Media Communication Specialist manages website content in collaboration with content owners, coordinates technical aspects of all websites in coordination with the EMHS Digital Media team, leads technology-focused projects, and coordinates the technical and functional aspects of digital marketing efforts to include social media, content marketing, display advertising, video creation and editing, CRM, web analytics, digital signage, content development, and search engine optimization. In partnership with department leadership, develops digital media strategies and carries related tactics through to completion. The New Media Communication Specialist is an integral member of the CR team and assists with media relations, event planning and execution, graphic design, and non-digital communication development. EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in digital marketing technology, new media, communications, or related field. Minimum of\u00a0three (3)\u00a0years' work experience. EDUCATION PREFERRED: \u2022\u00a0Demonstrated proficiency in web analytics, website management, social media management, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing. \u2022\u00a0Healthcare communication experience \u2022\u00a0Experience with content marketing and CRM PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or listen. The employee is often required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and\/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to use a keyboard for typing; travel to different locations\/member organizations; Must have the means to travel as needed to meet business needs; Ability to function in a fast-paced, deadline drive environment.
