**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has an exciting opportunity for a North America Digital Talent Marketing Specialist, within Human Resources (HR).  Our HR organization is in the process of transforming to a leading-edge operating model.  This role would be located within the “HR Solutions” arm of this operating model.  The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders.  HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people.  The top priority of HR Solutions is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions.  HR solutions contains the following types of roles:  Discipline-aligned roles (ex. compensation, benefits, payroll, employee development & training, etc.), Operational Excellence (focused on driving optimal performance across HR), HR technology (the systems and tools to enable simple and easy access to solutions) and Talent & Labor Consultants (professionals dedicated to the execution of the people agenda and consulting on talent).

Job Overview
The North America Digital Talent Marketing Specialist will be part of the HR Solutions Organization. This role consults with the North America Recruiting Specialists staffing plans and develops/leads digital campaigns to source for top talent. This role will also partner closely with the Global Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Analysts and Corporate Affairs on development and delivery of digital content in support of our digital recruitment strategy.

Partners with Global Digital Talent Marketing Specialist to develop a comprehensive plan to effectively leverage digital channels in achieving specific hiring outcomes in North America
Defines KPIs and develops budget allocation for digital talent marketing campaigns
Uses in-depth knowledge of key audience values and motivations to achieve channel engagement and conversions in organic and paid efforts
Partners with Digital Talent Marketing Analyst to ensure appropriate content is created and oversees editorial calendar to ensure continuous and optimized presence on corporate website, social media platforms, etc.
Tracks and manages online review sites (i.e. Glassdoor) and regional job boards
Construction and operational support of campaigns (including targeting strategies and writing briefs for creative material)
Develops and manages the search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to ensure Dow’s presence within search engines
Works with Corporate Affairs team to safeguard against any inconsistencies in key messaging and distribution timing
Tracks digital channels to understand where personas are the most active and leverages knowledge for course correction and for future digital tactical plan
Identifies and monitors effective metrics for measuring the impact of digital channels and programs
Educates and coaches talent acquisition partners on ways to use digital channels specific to persona to achieve targeted outcomes
Understands trending keywords used in search engines per functions and businesses to recommend best job descriptions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Prior experience recruiting through social media platforms
Excellent planning & organization skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in digital marketing or communications
Knowledge of Google and/or Adobe Analytics
