Recruitment Marketing Strategist - Special Markets, Marketing
We're seeking a highly strategic individual to build Heartland Dental's local level lead generation strategy through the creation of nurturing, digital and print campaigns. This individual will have the responsibility of driving a measurable interest in the company's priority talent positions and acquisition growth market areas to help meet our goal of nearly tripling our footprint over the next 7 years.
The Recruitment Marketing Strategist will be in charge of executing regionally based campaigns to recruitment and acquisition target audiences, inspiring interest and motivating action to join our network. You'll be relied on to increase our brand reach to niche markets that could have big impacts for our substantial growth goals. Eagerness to build campaigns from the ground up as well as an ability to think outside the box is a must. You'll join a team of creatives that thrive on small group brainstorms and big picture thinking. Being comfortable as part of a team is important, but we're also looking for someone who trusts their gut and can act independently to move campaigns forward quickly.
To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work closely with all of the Corporate Communications and Brand Management team, reporting to the Manager of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding. You'll also act as an extension of the Talent Acquisition and Affiliation teams.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field
Superior communication skills- verbal, written and listening
Knowledge of social media tools and digital marketing
Creative thinker with a preference for working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
High level of integrity, work ethic, autonomy, professionalism and self-motivation
Attention to detail and ability to use both data and intuition to make informed decisions
Skilled communicator with the ability to inform and influence at all levels
Desirable Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience
Experience executing and reporting on local level or niche campaigns across multiple geographical regions
HTML experience is a plus
Experience with inbound marketing platforms such as HubSpot is a plus

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings through utilization of social media, content, email, print, text and all other available channels.
Recommend and manage marketing strategies from concept creation to execution and evaluation for special acquisition markets.
Review and rewrite existing job descriptions to incorporate location specific information.
Plan, write and deploy email nurturing campaigns through HubSpot to existing passive database members to re-engage those leads.
Plan, write and deploy email nurturing and automation campaigns through a recruitment marketing platform to existing passive candidate segments including dentists, hygienists and more.
Work with the sourcing and internal sales team to understand local needs and nuances; act as a subject matter expert in lead generation techniques and tools to generate interest in the company.
Consistently optimize results by focusing on measuring, assessing, evaluating and adjusting campaigns to yield maximum results.
Create regional job landing pages to highlight high priority openings and bolster our digital presence for those areas.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute local job posting strategy that is consistent, measurable and results focused.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Affiliations teams to promote local events including hiring events, career fairs, workshops and more.
Build and launch referral automation campaigns to various internal segments.
Utilize demographic and geographic data and tools for targeted marketing campaigns that yield results in focus markets.
Develop relationships to partner with talent acquisition and affiliation team members.
Research markets to identify new opportunities and strategies to maximize return on investment.
