The OpportunitynWe are currently seeking a Senior Design-Build Marketing Coordinator to lead the development of proposals and other materials for design-build pursuits.n nThe Senior Design-Build Marketing Coordinator is a key member of a dynamic team of marketers and practitioners who are creative, articulate, and passionate about design-build project delivery. As a Senior Design-Build Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with contractors and designers to develop capture strategies and compelling materials (i.e. qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and other deliverables) for design-build projects in the aerospace, aviation, corporate, defense, healthcare, science and technology, and transportation markets. The Senior Design-Build Marketing Coordinator will: nn Work with contractors, technical staff, creative teams, and other marketing and business development leaders to organize, write, and produce compelling proposals, presentations, and collateral for design-build pursuits.n Implement design-build best practices throughout the pursuit process.n Perform qualitative research to track design-build project updates and gather competitive market intelligence.n Participate in and lead win strategy sessions, pursuit kick-off meetings, and proposal reviews.n Work with business development leaders to coordinate effective client-facing activities, as needed.nn nQualifications:nn Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or similar field.n A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience researching, developing, and producing proposals, presentations, and other materials.n Experience working on design-build pursuits preferred. n Experience working in the buildings market preferred.n Superior writing, editing, and grammar skills, including demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions. n Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills. n Experience writing/leading proposal sections and verifying compliance with all Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and evaluation criteria. n Ability to work both independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment.n Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.n Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive pursuit schedules.n Flexibility to travel and occasionally work unscheduled overtime.n Knowledge and experience with SF330s is a plus.n Adobe InDesign CS4 (or higher).n Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).n Deltek Vision (or experience with similar database programs) experience is a plus.nn nCore Competencies:nIn addition to the positionu2019s skills, education and experience requirements, the following RS&H competencies are considered foundational to understanding performance, now and in the future.n· Teamworkn· Leadershipn· Change Orientationn· Communicationn· Ingenuityn· Client Focusn nIf this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.nThe TeamnFrom transportation infrastructure improvements to facility expansions and renovations, owners and builders trust RS&H to lead the design for alternative delivery projects across the US.
