Vlocity, Inc. is recruiting a Product Marketing Director to join our fast-growing company, based in our downtown San Francisco headquarters. This executive will work for the SVP & GM of Communications, Media & Energy to define and execute our outbound marketing strategy. The Product Marketing Director will play a leading role in defining our positioning & messaging, our go-to-market strategy, developing solution marketing collateral, competitive tools and solution demos, and represent Vlocity in customer, analyst and partner meetings and industry events.
Translate deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and Vlocity Communications, Media & Energy unique selling propositions into compelling sales content, enablement tools and product demonstrations. Collaborate with the Marketing organization in creating content for successful digital marketing campaigns. Work with the product development organization to communicate the business benefits of each software release. Support Vlocity sales teams in strategic sales cycles and partner with the Alliances team to define a scalable enablement strategy for ISV and SI partners and deliver joint selling tools.
A US Work Permit, a strong academic background, and Bachelor degree are required. This role requires a minimum of 5 years product management or product marketing experience, and familiarity with communications industry marketing, sales, and service operating environments.
Candidates must have familiarity with communications services and industry business processes, and demonstrate a track record for developing high-quality sales, product demos and enablement tools. This role requires excellent public speaking and writing skills, the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, and the ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects. Prior experience working with Salesforce.com
, CRM, and other communications industry applications is a plus.
