Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Reporting to the Director, TS Change Leadership and Communications, this role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of change leadership activities against the strategic direction and prioritized programs and initiatives within the Technology Services organization. This role counsels and advises personnel globally and regionally, on change leadership services expectations, the activities and outcomes to be delivered. This includes overseeing and executing the change leadership framework in various programs and initiatives, utilizing external methodologies when appropriate. This position is an independently led, hands-on role with responsibility for both change and communications strategy and ensuring excellence in implementation across the global TS organization, supporting the Technology Services (TS) and J&J Business Technology direction. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and create the change leadership strategy, design, implementation, and management of prioritized programs and initiatives.• Carry out assignments and special projects independently, drawing upon skills, knowledge, and expertise related to communications, organizational development, and change leadership initiatives.• Develop related communications and change management plans to ensure successful implementation of these strategies. Create conditions for a smooth transition to changes and maximum enthusiasm to adapt to the change.• Champion change leadership skills, tools, and processes across project and programs within the TS organization to institutionalize change leadership practices.• Create and oversee strategic, program, and organizational communications to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with overall JJT strategy. Ensure internal communications are consistent and build continuity of look and feel across all channels.• Ability to seamlessly flex between deployment leadership and execution• Ability to influence at senior levels of the organization, demonstrate the required level collaboration with regional and functional teams. • Partner closely with Corporate Communications and Human Resources, as needed.• Serve as a change agent for all transformational (organizational and program) efforts. • Foster a collaborative environment, set and manage realistic timelines, and provide rapid service deployment in sometimes ambiguous environments. • Collaborate across teams to ensure efforts are consistent, aligned, and supportive of the strategic vision of TS, JJT, and values of J&J.• Execute program-level reporting on all change and communications-supported projects and maintain visibility to key dates, decisions, milestones, and issues.• Provide and manage the strategic analysis, advise, and education to TS leadership on how to recover from change impacts and alignment of organization development initiatives with strategic goals.• Drive and ensure consistency of Technology Services’ communication and brand standards internally.• Maintain the library of communications, brand templates, and presentations for the organization to leverage.','!*!• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Human Resources is required. • An advanced degree is preferred and professional certifications are a plus. • A minimum of 8 years of Communications and Organization Change Management (OCM) experience in a Corporate environment is required.• A minimum of 6 years’ experience with large enterprise transformational projects is required.• Extensive experience in creating change strategies to meet business outcomes in a technical environment is required.• Demonstrated experience in various change leadership methodologies, such as ADKAR, CAP, or other methodologies is required.• Demonstrated large-scale technology program change leadership execution in a global environment is preferred.• Knowledge of relevant systems and functional methods for measuring and developing impact analyses, as well as, the effectiveness and progress of change implementation.• Experience with various communication media and approaches to most effectively optimize content messaging. Digital skills and familiarity with information technology and digital channels of communication.• Must be able to act as a change agent and challenge the status quo. Ability to lead complex change leadership initiatives.• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies in a challenging and high-growth environment.• Demonstrated ability to build strong business and vendor/supplier relationships that ensure the successful delivery of IT services that drives benefits to the segments and business units is required.• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and present across all management and organizational levels are required.  ','North America-United States-New Jersey-Raritan','','Johnson & Johnson Services Inc.
