Manager

to support its

Marketing and Media Analytics functions

The manager will be responsible for gathering, structuring and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the effectiveness and optimization of media campaigns. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders and among cross-functional teams, including Media, Brand, E-Commerce, Web and CRM.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with media managers to create a measurement strategy, plan, prepare and report on campaigns, channels and customer segments performance; engage early in the planning process; determine solid benchmarks

Aide the media team in measuring the success of media campaigns, comparing this performance to the objectives, and constantly seeking ways to improve the accuracy or timeliness of this measurement

Assess, put in place and evangelize best practices in the organization

Evaluate trends of online and offline campaigns and provide recommendations for optimizing

Contribute to the design and measurement of new tactics deemed appropriate in furthering the brand and sales objectives

Configure and implement cross channel analyses

Partner with the business intelligence team to define the data roadmap for media data and make connections with other data

Stay up to date on current data and technology developments and advertising industry trends

Use a range of statistical modeling techniques and data mining to glean key insights - Responsible for transforming raw data from multiple sources into actionable insights that ensure media efforts are effectively driving incremental engagement and conversion

Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing various analytics tools and platforms

Implement, maintain and improve media data collection and tracking processes

Manage a team of analysts

International travel expected

Ubisoft seeks high-performing individuals with analytical minds and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ideal candidates are self-starters who can manage their time effectively and educate themselves while contributing to marketing investment’s performance.

Bachelor degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), Master’s preferred

5 years professional experience analyzing media data

Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media required

Media agency or ad tech experience a plus

Knowledge of or experience using one or more of the following would be beneficial:

o Multi-channel attribution analyses

o Third party ad serving platforms, such as DoubleClick

o Ad platforms such as Facebook, YouTube AdWords, Double Click Bid Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.

o Syndicated media data sources (iSpot, Kantar, ComScore)

o Web Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics)

o DMPs (Blue Kai, Adobe Audience Manager)

Proven analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation

2 years management experience

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

In depth knowledge of SQL, Tableau and Excel; programming experience and knowledge of R or Python a plus
