As the Manager of Employer Brand Communications, you will join a fast-growing Communications Team and contribute to our efforts to attract the world’s most talented people to Compass. This will include clearly defining our unique employer value proposition; developing content to bring our mission, culture, and values to life; and maintaining the Compass employer profile across multiple platforms. This is a fantastic role for someone who has a mix of brand marketing and communications experience who has mastered the interplay of data and content.
At Compass You Will:
Articulate the Compass employer brand that makes it clear why the world’s most talented people would want to work at Compass
Be accountable for driving traffic to the Compass Careers page and driving an ever-higher conversion rate from views to applications
Design and execute internal campaigns to drive employee referrals
Collaborate across Communications, Marketing and Recruiting to develop content to bring the employer brand to life across internal and external platforms, including our website, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and BuiltIn etc.
Submit Compass and its executives for awards that position it as a “Best Place to Work”
Design and execute an editorial strategy for our leaders to promote Compass in their social media channels
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Communications
Experience developing an employer brand with demonstrated results
Excellent writing skills
Strong collaboration skills
Creative, high-energy optimist who sees opportunity in any challenge
Ability to create multimedia content and run live events is a plus
