Our\u00a0 New York officeis looking for an extremely competent Administrative Assistant to assist senior leaders of the Digital Practice Group with essential day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include : scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements; heavy calendar management; time and expense reporting; meeting support and logistics; event planning; general administrative and telephone support; coordinating with Finance and HR; and management of contacts and other special projects as assigned. Qualifications 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives required Must be able to coordinate extensive travel arrangements and manage expense reports Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel with some strong PowerPoint skills and experience editing presentations Client service experience a plus Knowledge of SAP is a plus Smart, self-starter, resourceful and ready to jump in Extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task and juggle priorities Articulate, professional phone presence with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Thrive in a fast paced environment and be solution-oriented Meeting coordination\/event planning Experience working on multiple projects Previous assistant experience in PR, advertising or professional service organization is preferred Weber Shandwick is a leading global public relations and marketing agency with offices in 81 countries.
