Community Relations Representative / Southern Counties, New Jersey\r

Kelly Services is currently seeking Community Relations Representatives for one of our top insurance clients in NJ.\r
As a Community Relations Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for growing membership through educating and servicing the Medicaid population, including meeting the communities need for ongoing educational and social service outreach to existing and potential members.\r

Pay rate:  $23.00 per hour\r
6 month contract opportunity – possible temp to hire\r
Candidates need to be able to travel around the Southern New Jersey counties\r
 \r
Additional responsibilities include:\r
\r
\r
\tActs as service representative for assigned projects and a resource to membership and community.\r
\tEnsures consistent compliance with all state, federal, and company specific requirements.\r
\tAssists with establishing and maintaining positive relationships with community organizations, provider offices, and faith based organizations;\r
\tPerforms activities to enhance presence in the community.\r
\tIdentifies and collects educational material on community networks and advocacy groups with similar missions and values and communicate the information to management.\r
\tProvides telephonic assistance, outreach and/or guidance to members and potential members regarding benefit and enrollment questions, and/or providing assistance on any social service needs.\r

Job Requirements:\r
 \r
\r
\r
\tRequires a high school diploma; 1 year of experience in healthcare or sales/marketing environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. AD or BA/BS preferred.\r
\tValid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle with valid motor vehicle insurance required.\r
\tState health insurance licensure preferred.\r
\tUnderstands Medicaid and can assist with enrollment applications.\r
\tIndependent worker and has direct marketing experience\r
\tWorkers will rotate sites and visit two either provider sites or community events each day. Mileage reimbursed.\r
\tMainly be visiting providers offices and will spend limited time in the office, once they have completed training.\r
\tBilingual preferred, Medical background helpful\r
\tLooking for people that reside in Southern NJ counties.\r
