a dynamic and innovative individual to join our marketing team.
Long Meadow Ranch is a family-owned agricultural enterprise producing grapes and wine, olives and olive oil, grass-fed beef and lamb, fruits, vegetables, and eggs in the Napa Valley, Anderson Valley and Marin County. The many-faceted operation includes the 650-acre LMR Mayacamas Estate home ranch located in the Mayacamas Mountains above Rutherford and the 90-acre LMR Rutherford Estate, located on the Rutherford Bench, and, in Mendocino County, the 145-acre LMR Anderson Valley Estate. The Long Meadow Ranch operations also include an acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant, a general store and wine tasting bar in the historic Logan-Ives House, an outdoor cafe, a farmer's market, working garden and a variety of unique event spaces all located at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch.Long Meadow Ranch has an exciting opportunity in the company for a Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the continuity of messaging for Long Meadow Ranch in consumer, trade and media channels.
The Marketing Coordinator will be working with all of Long Meadow Ranch’s businesses to create and build a unique identity for the company and communicate that out to the public.
This position will report to the Creative Services Manager and will work closely with managers in all parts of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative content (including seasonal & brand milestones) and manage social media to maximize brand engagement
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Work closely with digital marketing agencies to build engaging campaigns across social platforms
- Collaborate in creating engaging text, image and video content
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
- Review, analyze and report weekly social performance metrics
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Maintain social media accounts’ layout
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Support and attend consumer and trade sales and marketing events
- Collaborate on marketing event development and execution (Guest Chefs, Summer Concerts, etc.)
- Assist on email marketing calendar development
- Collaborate with team members to develop artisanal voices alongside brand
- Work to unify the customer facing view of LMR business units as one
- Protect LMR brand reputation and ensure public views the organization favorably
- Actively engage LMR team members to stay up to date on business activity
- Maintain image library
- Maintain website updates
- Maintain consumer & trade facing profiles, including event postings (internal calendars, Visit Napa Valley, NVV, Syndical, etc.)
- Monitor all @ mentions, likes, comments, geo tags, # in posts and engage with and share with team
- Utilize and manage third party tools such as later and hootsuite
- Support customer service communications and reply messaging with appropriate cross departmental managers
- Collect and compile all details for new product category including photos and build content (tech sheets)
- Assist with in-house design projects
- Assist with wine review submissions
- Collaborate on weekly marketing meetings with LMR team and weekly Status with Creative Services Manager
- Assist in the day-to-day creation, testing and execution of email campaigns
- Support the management of the email marketing workflow and master calendar
- QA email campaigns to ensure copy, content, and links are error-proof for customer consumption
- Build audience lists and segment customer base for different campaign pathways
- Assist in tracking key metrics, analyzing findings and recommending courses of action
- General administrative duties and other tasks as assignedEducation, Experience and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English or closely related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications in the lifestyle, restaurant, resort, hotel, travel or winery industry
- Strong computer proficiency with graphic design experience and Microsoft Office and Google Documents. Understanding of working collaboratively with staff members locally and remotely, on-line and off-line
- Detail-oriented work habits and strong organization skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
