The Lennox Marketing Team priorities are simple: Create demand for Lennox products throughout the entire value chain. WHAT YOU\u2019LL BE DOING
As the Manager, Marketing Communications; you will be the strategic owner of the Lennox B2B communications strategy for all functional communications, with a special emphasis on finding and nurturing marketing leads. In this role, you will work closely with all functional communication leads and the Lennox product team. Working with the Director of Field Marketing, you will be empowered to refine and improve our strategy for our Pardot marketing automation platform and collaboration with the sales enablement team (Salesforce.com) to assist our sales team in earning and converting new customers.
You will be trusted to:
Refine and execute a unified communications strategy and calendar incorporating all Lennox products, programs, and internal teams
Refine and execute a segmentation strategy for our customers, managing our contact lists to ensure messages are appropriately targeted to the audiences we seek
Manage in-house graphic design resources to drive communications initiatives in addition to supporting the organization\u2019s other requirements to maximize efficiency and quality of output
Act as owner of the Pardot marketing automation platform
Improve email design, deliverability, and key performance metrics though leveraging internal and agency resources
Use technology and marketing automation techniques to create high-quality content more efficiently and at reduced cost
In collaboration with other marketing managers, contribute to a content management strategy to ensure content on our digital properties remains fresh and relevant.
Support brand marketing and product management in the introduction of new products
Create and implement strategies for nurturing customer relationships throughout the sales and relationship cycles
Generate insightful reports analyzing campaign effectiveness
Identify each internal team\u2019s communication needs and implement a process for capturing and delivering their requests
Manage internet assets that support our mission \u2013 LearnLennox.com and LennoxLive.com

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
At least 5 years related experience and at least 3 years of experience as a manager is preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, engagement-tracking tools, media engagement tools, and social media tools.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: The ideal candidate will identify a creative, fresh approach to raising our game in marketing communications. The role requires a holistic and collaborative approach focused on business results and customer satisfaction. You will provide an evangelistic approach to gaining buy-in and support from your team, peers, and executives.
The right candidate should also possess a strong teamwork orientation and the desire to coach and develop a team. The ability to work effectively with a variety of teams, including IT, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Sales. We are seeking an expert level of proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce, along with other elements of the marketing stack. Additional specifications of this role include project management skills that develop and follow a roadmap to better engagement. An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior. A digital expert in web, email, social media, smartphones \u2013 and more. Last, the ability to analyze data metrics and respond.
