Primary responsibilities include: Serving as day-to-day global account support including, butnot limited to, managing media outreach and strategy, influencer engagement,research, content creation, and large creative projects (video, digital, socialetc.) in order to deliver strategic work on deadline. Strategic plan development for both traditional PR, contentmarketing, research, advocacy, paid media, and social media programs Critical writing and general content development (draft plans, factsheets, talking points, strategic recommendations, message architectures, etc.) Reviewing and editing of content to align with strategy andaudience needs Strategic and tactical counsel to clients and globalintegrated team while managing implementation of multiple projects, timelines,and budgets Management of digital marketing and social targetingprojects National, regional, and local media relations, both reactiveand proactive Coordinating and contributing to global account measurementand analytics program Finance management support Actively participate in agency development and assist withnew business Qualifications Basic Qualifications: BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism,Public Affairs, International Development or related field Minimum of 3-4 years of related communications experiencerequired; agency or foundation experience preferred A strong hands-on, rubber-meets-road type who can organizeprojects, collaborate with team members, and operate multi-faceted programs ina fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with theability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team membersacross multiple levels and markets Strong understanding of and experience in media relations Ability to contribute to research, strategic planning,development, and execution of integrated marketing programs Strong understanding of new PR tools, especially in thedigital and social media realm Exceptional judgment and ability to think critically whenworking with team members, clients, and partners Extremely detail-oriented Strong time management skills with the demonstrated abilityto prioritize across complex projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, online services, andAP style writing is essential Additional Qualifications Experience supporting a major corporate reputation, fintech,or global development public relations campaign Experience working with nonprofits or grantees to buildcommunications plans and strategies Experience using project management software or programs Budget management experience We are a global agency that offers a fun, dynamic andcreative place to work, competitive salary, health care (medical, dental andvision insurance), 401k and the opportunity to learn and grow every day.
