The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for managing and training technicians (contractors and employees) performing in-home installation, cable modem provisioning and in-home cable and wireless networks.
We're especially interested in your abilities with some or most of the following: Understanding installation management, WIFI networks and applications Ability to perform all in-home installations Ensuring safety practices are in place and followed by employees Following all OSHA safety regulations and making sure team is trained on these regulations Managing inventory logistics for equipment (warehousing, shipping, returning) Sourcing, managing and motivating employees to provide unparalleled customer service Partnering with engineering, development and customer care teams to stay abreast of the latest technology Developing new processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Managing a budget and maintaining paperwork for employees Ability to travel (40-50% travel) Minimum Qualifications:
