What will your day look like?You will be responsible for building and supporting a measured customer acquisition program via our Select Employer Group (SEG) channel and organic channels. This means the development of digital campaigns and messaging for the marketing of consumer deposit and consumer lending products to affluent, tech-savvy employees of our partner SEGs, including Tesla Motors, Google, Kaiser Permanente, BASF, United Airlines, and other medium- to large-sized companies across the United States. This person should be a passionate digital marketer who understands acquisition models, can work collaboratively, keeps up on digital trends and tactics, and can optimize techniques based on data trends and marketing results.\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rResponsibilities\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rDo you see yourself doing this?Plan and execute digital and offline direct response acquisition campaignsDevelop SEG launch plans for onboarding new SEGs and their employeesTest and optimize all new and ongoing campaignsUse a variety of digital targeting and advertising tools to reach and maintain target audienceMaintain and develop content for SEG microsites, landing pages, newsletters and other areasManage agency, vendor and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure successful marketing programsCollaborate with internal product and marketing teams to streamline data feeds, marketing automation, and reporting and to develop creative, messaging and promotionsCreate marketing assets, such as banner ads, product sell sheets, emails, presentations, blog posts, videos, etc., for SEG use on demandExplore innovative tactics and creative messaging to improve resultsManage events at new employee orientations for our partner SEGsEnsure brand consistency across all mediums while recognizing the individualized needs for specific SEG partnersDevelop a turnkey plan for launch and onboarding of new Select Employer Groups and their employees.Assist in the development of journey maps to communicate and extend the relationship with existing members.Act as primary point of contact to ensure access and campaign execution for approved SEG relationshipsExecute tactics that align with the customer acquisition and growth strategy for SEGs, including the support of launch and annual marketing campaignsMonitor and report on SEG employee acquisitions as well as campaign progressMaintain SEG information in Salesforce and develop plan to optimize Salesforce data usageMaintain membership and SEG reporting for Business Development, Product Management and other internal groups\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r
\r\r\r\r\r\r\rWhat makes you a great fit?You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, or business with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct marketing or consumer ecommerce marketing experience, and you have:Successful track record building customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and platforms as well as a strong digital expertise in a wide range of areas including content, display, SEO, email marketing, and mobile marketingAppropriately takes risks, adjusts and pivots as neededStrong analytical and consumer insight skills, including experience creating reports with data management platformsExcellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication with individuals inside and outside of the organizationStrong project management skills to drive complex campaigns for multiple projectsAbility to understand financial concepts and bankingAbility to visualize connections in a highly matrixed data environment, with eye on integrationAbility to develop and grow strategic partnerships and relationshipsPersuasive communication skills with the ability to gain consensus with key stakeholders Experience working in content management systems, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Domo, marketing automation tools, and other digital platforms. HTML knowledge and working knowledge of Adobe Suite of products preferred.
