Description As Manager of Communications supporting Boeing Capital Corporation, this person will lead internal and external communications to optimize Boeing's reputation as a leader and expert in global aircraft financing and financing infrastructure. Responsibilities in this role: Serves as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the company on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
