This manager also develops, directs and oversees charitable partnerships, including key national and local initiatives; and designs and coordinates special events and activities to support those partnerships.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThe ideal candidate is a self-motivated, experienced communications strategist who enjoys the challenge of tackling a multiple, diverse issues in a dynamic environment, where emerging issues compete daily for priority with equally important established and longer-term projects.u0026nbsp;u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eWhat are some of the daily duties of a Corporate Communications Manager?u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eServe as a company spokesperson and on-call responder to address news media queries and work with journalists to proactively place company stories with appropriate media in key markets.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop, write and edit press releases, briefings and other materials, distilling complex information for a variety of audiences.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eLead development and planning for company events involving multiple departments and executive leadership.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEngage with communications colleagues with airports, government entities, regulatory agencies and other industry partners through regular dialogue.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop crisis communications plans and strategies, taking a leadership role in communications emergency response, participating in company-wide drills, and coordinating interdepartmental tabletop exercises.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eOrganize media training; brief and prepare company leaders for key media interviews and community appearances.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResearch, develop and coordinate corporate charitable/community programs; Coordinate company participation in events supporting those programs.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eIdentify and develop key charitable partnerships in line with corporate giving priorities.
