We are looking to hire a passionate, creative and digital-centric communications expert to join our Brand team. Edelman has mirrored our client’s passion for innovation across all marketing touchpoints, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across earned media, influence, social, digital and experiential.
Ideally the SAS candidate will exude knowledge and passion for gaming and sports; have a strong strategic grasp on digital trends and integrated workstreams (including a working knowledge of earned media), always with a collaborative approach.

Assumes responsibility for day‐to‐day client contact and cross‐functional team operations.
Manages the day to day execution for broad-based campaigns and projects among multiple sectors including strategic brand planning, digital, social, earned media, and experiential.
Encourages others to break away from the status quo and challenges clients, team members and agency partners to think differently and innovate across channels.
Executes campaigns with a current emphasis in gaming, with the passion, expertise and ability to flex within various industries and cultural sectors.
Proactively identifies areas of opportunity to grow account and drive revenue (E.G. expand a project into social content or propose a pilot project that could yield scalable results).
Motivates cross-functional teamwork and fosters a positive culture that is collaboratively focused on elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing solutions for our clients.
Focuses on flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction, and is responsible for getting the best work out of cross-discipline teams and selling it to the client.
Coaches/mentors/trains Associate Account Managers through Senior Account Managers.
Demonstrates persuasive story-telling and exceptional consultative selling with clients, influencers and other internal/external stakeholders.
Acts as gate-keeper in identifying red flags (business, campaign) and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
Must have at least five years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields.
Holds a strong understanding of the digital landscape with a grasp on how earned, social and experiential integrate into the ecosystem.
Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client’s business (men’s grooming) as well as target demo passion points (gaming, sports, etc.).
Follows the tenants of being a trusted advisor to the clients.
Has a tenacious appetite and strong track record for delivering outputs that lead to organic growth.
Knows when to leverage necessary resources from across the agency (Strategy, Influencer, Edelman Intelligence, Creative, Digital, etc.) to deliver outputs.
Able to foster a collaborative and positive work culture that retains and attracts the best talent in the industry.
Leads majority of client communications, sets expectations, and manages quality of deliverables to deadlines.
Develops and presents recommendations and POV’s that drive innovation and advancement for the business.
Oversees client budget management, the billing process, and contributes to forecasting.
