The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. \r\rThe Denver office of CBIZ MHM now operates under the name CBIZ Seff, reflecting the national depth of CBIZ and MHM and the local knowledge and commitment of The Seff Group, P.C.  CBIZ and MHM and The Seff Group, P.C. joined forces in November 2016 to meet our clients’ attest, tax and public accounting needs locally, nationally and globally.  Together, we “out local” other national firms and “out national” other local firms.  We are known for our local, high-touch and high quality client service and professional expertise.\r\rEssential Functions and Primary Duties\r\r\rSupport management with sales and marketing strategies through research and developing campaigns\rIdentify untapped revenue opportunities by gathering data through market research on industry trends\rPerform administrative production work on marketing communications\rCoordinate marketing  and social media activities,  including messaging and content design\rAssist management with sales and marketing planning\rCoordinate outside presentation seminars and meetings\rMaintain critical data resources\rGeneral administrative tasks as needed\rPerform all other duties as assigned\r\r\rPreferred Qualifications\r\r\rCurrently enrolled or completed bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations relatable major, master's degree preferred\rMicrosoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) fluency\rSalesforce/CRM experience\rSocial media experience, advanced experience on LinkedIn\rBasic Photoshop and Adobe Design skills\rGPA of 3.25 or above\rAble to multi-task and see projects through to completion\rAbility to be self-motivated, self-directed\rExcellent verbal and written communication skills\rAbility to prioritize multiple projects\rDemonstrate autonomy in problem recognition and resolution\r\r\rQualifications Required\r\r\rHigh School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred\rDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally\rProficient use of applicable technology\rAbility to work in a team environment as well as independently\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
