Description Position Purpose & Summary The scope and breath of Cargill Feed Nutrition SEA activities requires an incumbent who will be responsible for creating and executing a culture & communication strategy that supports CFN SEA business objectives and growth agenda. In the area of culture, this person will be responsible in driving programs or activities that builds the right culture (such as recognition, safety, team, Green Book etc) among the teams in CFN SEA in order to achieve our business agenda as well as enhance the overall Cargill Animal Nutrition values. Therefore, the person is expected to work closely with different teams within the business in order to ensure that such activities are executed in each country that CFN SEA operates in. On the communication side, this person is responsible to develop a communication strategy that strengthen the company\u2019s reputation with internal and external stakeholders. The person will be responsible for preparing internal and external media materials, including business publications, group emails, intranet pages etc. This also includes developing, recommending and maintaining editorial policy and branding guidelines, and coordinates production and distribution of materials. Principal Accountabilities: 35% Develop effective communications and outreach strategies in order to enhance Cargill\u2019s brand and reputation internally and externally. The work includes identification and effective targeting of key stakeholders for various communications tools, both conventional and online. Develop comprehensive internal communications strategies that drive business objectives and build employee engagement. Help oversee management of key internal communications channels Plan and direct public relations and communications efforts that favorably position CFN SEA in the marketplace; develop a strategic, integrated and global communication plan, executing outreach to international business, trade, technology media and social influencers. Partner with global communications team and Corporate Affairs to handle crisis and issues management activities. Monitor industry news and identify communications opportunities to position CFN SEA as a thought leader. 10%\u00a0 Write and edit a range of routine and complex communication plans which include creating assets such as, key messages, backgrounders, media packets, news releases, op-eds\/articles, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, Q&As, websites, speeches, blogs, briefing notes, contribution reports etc. 10%\u00a0 Initiate and sustain effective professional relationships with key internal and\/or external constituencies globally. Advise senior leaders, global communications team and other relevant internal stakeholders on noteworthy trends, news developments, or changing\/unexpected circumstances that may impact Cargill. 15%\u00a0 Ensure one voice communication across the organization, as well as relevance, accuracy, consistency and timeliness in all communications. Collaborate with the global communications function to increase efficiency and effectiveness of communication, including sharing best-practices from \/ to APAC. Working relationship and collaboration with communications teams in each country across the SE Asia region 30%\u00a0 Driving and organizing activities that builds the right culture within the business in order to support the growth agenda of the business. This include regional recognition program, safety culture program, team engagement programs etc. Working closely with leadership team and peers in the different countries in executing the culture agenda. Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills Minimum Required Qualifications: Minimum 5-8 years experience in communications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment and operate with autonomy Strong organizational skills Able to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and other corporate communication teams Able to perform well under pressure and not deterred by hardship or failure Skills Required: Fluent in English Strong PC skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook) and publishing skills Excellent interpersonal skills.
