MySQL is looking for a highly capable, self-directed Partner Marketing Manager, to help drive awareness and adoption of MySQL On Premise and Cloud offer to/with/through partners in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions (EMEA).You will work strategically and tactically and use your experience to create joint marketing programs with selected partners to drive sales and manage partner MDF programs.You will develop a deep understanding of MySQL partner ecosystem and regional priorities to define and execute marketing plans with partners in EMEA to support growth objectives. You will work closely with top MySQL partners to develop and execute best-in-class joint- marketing plans. You will act as the primary marketing contact with the Sales and Channel teams including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will also act as the primary marketing contact and consultant for partners to build and execute joint marketing plans and programs. You will monitor and support partner utilization of MDF and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners. Identify and deliver most effective assets for partners in the regionTravel within the region, as necessary to execute partner marketing & enablement initiativesProcess/Assist channel team with required processes related to MDF Execution in a timely manner as required within guidelines (contracts, PO's, various Oracle systems, etc)Basic Qualifications5 years of relevant work experience in Partner Marketing, Marketing Communications and/or high-technology Product MarketingExperience working with B2B partners developing marketing strategy and business plansExperience working with large, Enterprise-wide technology companiesBachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or other relevant field of study or equivalent experienceAbility to travel in the region and abroad as necessary to execute marketing initiatives (~15%)
