Summary
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, plays a critical role in the ongoing development and production of engaging and impactful product marketing promotional planning and execution, collateral and sales tools that define the value of Welltok solutions, products and services. This role supports the design, development and execution of product marketing and promotion strategies in the health plan market, with an emphasis on community-based care. Essential duties include formation of promotional strategies and tactics including campaign generation (all platforms) as well as overseeing the development of content and marketing materials, sales presentations and internal training materials.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Marketing Manager role with Welltok will possess the following skills and experience:
Strong understanding of and passion for healthcare, including direct experience working health plans and/or community organizations that work to connect low-income and special needs consumers to community resources that help support their health and wellbeing
Multiple years of marketing experience in the healthcare and/or healthcare IT (SaaS a plus)
Particularly adept at quickly grasping and translating technical capabilities into benefits/value and messaging
Working knowledge of health and wellbeing IT solutions and/or healthcare consumer analytics and engagement
Experience creating and/or delivering sales training (live and distance-based)
Strong cross-functional collaborator who enjoys driving change in a fast-paced, thriving environment
Embraces ambiguity but insists on attention to detail and quality
Tireless, motivated, determined professional with integrity and good judgment
Loves working cross-functionally, is naturally collaborative
Known as a builder, self-starter, motivator, enthusiast for product marketing

Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
: Develop and communicate the value proposition of products and services to the sales team and marketplace buyers. Develop sales tools that support the end-to-end sales process. Develop and deliver content for sales training (face-to-face, webinar-based and/or eLearning). Develop just-in-time content, materials and training to support sales development needs.
Content & Messaging
: Develop and maintain compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with our target customers in the Public & Community sector. Develop and maintain source-of-truth messaging architecture across products, services and solutions. Work closely with the marketing communications team to help communicate product messages to different audiences (e.g. internal, clients, partners).
Product Launch
: Collaborate with product management to plan and execute the launch of new products and releases. Assist with development of product release notes and messaging. Collaborate with product management to define key benefits and differentiators and successfully position our products to target key market segments.
Collateral Development & Management
: Serve as the primary curator of sales and marketing collateral for all products and services. Maintain inventory of market-facing materials across all markets in support of sales activities, product launches, proposal responses, etc. Administer the SharePoint site of product marketing materials.
Demand Generation
: Partner with Product Marketing leader and Corp Marketing team to devise campaign strategy and themes, create compelling content, and guide marketing programs to drive demand for the companys offerings. Develop the messaging strategy needed by the marketing team to drive demand for products.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience in product marketing or comparable role
Medicaid experience is highly desired
Experience in healthcare is essential, preferably with health plans and/or community-based organizations that directly support public and community health
Strong editorial and writing skills in both long- and short-form content and comparable experience in producing marketing pieces in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry and a background selling technology-related products and services (essential)
Working knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint development
Prior experience with instructional design and/or development of sales training (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different teams and departments
Ability to quickly grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
