\u003cp\u003eReporting to the MedHub Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of mulit-channel marketing campaigns and strategies that attract, convert, and retain prospects/customers. This role will be hybrid, located ideally in Ascend\u0026rsquo;s MedHub office in Minneapolis, MN. Remote also considered.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe ideal candidate will have a history of developing and managing B2B lead generation and nurturing strategies, leading the planning and execution of an annual tradeshow strategy, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including email, marketing automation, web, events, social media, and sales enablement. Critical to success in this role will be the ability to prioritize according to strategic goals and customer impact, build productive cross-functional relationships, and maintain a commitment to marketing and sales alignment.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eGrow the MedHub brand as an industry leader through a cohesive approach to thought leadership, content and brand visibility at tradeshows/conferences\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead cross-functional planning team and manage execution for MedHub\u0026rsquo;s annual User Conference\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDeploy demand generation, lead generation and nurturing campaigns that prioritize lead quality and shorten lead conversion cycles\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage annual tradeshow and events strategy, including prioritization across markets, budget, logistics, and reporting\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate and review content for the following channels: Email and marketing automation, web, in-person and virtual tradeshows and events, and print\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage creative development process for larger campaigns and product/service launches\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReport on channel tactic and campaign effectiveness, inclusive of in-depth analysis and recommendations for optimization\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStay current with digital marketing trends/best practices and seek professional development opportunities to grow skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003eEducation \u0026amp; Experience\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003e4 years\u0026rsquo; experience in marketing, communications, or a related function for a B2B and/or healthcare and/or SaaS organization(s)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including in-person events, email marketing programs, web, paid advertising, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience developing and executing on lead generation and nurturing strategies\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required\u003c/li\u003e
