Responsible for transforming ideas into words across the range of integrated platforms, including print, broadcast, digital, and social. This position would work alongside creative services coordinator, web designer and Marketing Communications team. Composes clear, concise and grammatically correct copy utilizing different writing styles that appeal to various target audiences. Assists in the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication. Develops and maintains a clear and consistent brand voice, adhering to organization's style guides. Understands brands, brand strategy, and how brands are built.

A strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd.
Develop creative strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends.
The ability to plan and strategize high-profile projects.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them. Monitor and change campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills.
Meet with team members in organization to determine copywriting needs.
Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
Familiarity with creative processes and techniques.
Confidence in building a rapport with internal and external clients and nurturing good working relationships.
Craft clear, unique and compelling copy for organization's print collateral, social media channels, digital assets and other means of advertising. Examples include Flyers, Brochures, Event Collateral, Social Media Posts, Web Copy.
Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.
Work within tight deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
Revise, edit, and proofread content for factual and grammatical accuracy as needed or directed.
Perform search engine optimization techniques.
Assist design team with basic layout of publications, brochures and collateral.
Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Research competitors and keep abreast of copywriting trends.
Determine what makes the organization's services appealing to target audiences and highlight key differentiators between the organization and competitors.
Travels to assigned locations as needed to collect content.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field; relevant experience will be taken into account as well.
3-5 years of experience and relevant portfolio samples to show.
Experience growth and development through our continuous training as well as tuition and licensure reimbursement or pursue opportunities to advance both clinically and administratively with Youth Villages.
