Profile

OVERVIEW: Support the Customer Service department by addressing a host of varied customer inquiries and ensuring that the quickest and most appropriate resolutions are executed using internal and external partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolves customer inquiries in a timely manner via phone, email, mail or social media

Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making

Manages and maintain gift card reconciliations and shared excel file

Upholds customer feedback protocols by forwarding appropriate customer issues to the Field for partnership in resolution

Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately

Partners with credit card facility and Loss Prevention to research suspicious account activity

Partners with Sales Audit to ensure customer accounts are credited appropriately

Understands and meets the needs of our external customers

Anticipates and meets the expectations of internal customers, peers and co-workers

Maintains and submits all mailing list additions/changes

Demonstrate honesty, strong ethics and professionalism in business practices and with others

Complies with established call-center SLA’s and hours of operation

Supports trend reporting by maintaining diligence with logging call-center data

Generates innovative solutions to new and existing problems

Works effectively under tight deadlines

Develops partnerships with co-workers and acknowledges the contribution of others

Listens attentively, speaks and writes clearly and concisely

Escalates customer issues to supervisor as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years of experience in service-related role preferred

Has a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the business

Utilizes communication skills to soothe and console customers to achieve a positive outcome

Effectively analyzes situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity

Demonstrates strong time management skills

Maintains composure under pressure and demonstrates professionalism at all times

Possesses strong attention to detail

Demonstrates proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to speak fluent Spanish (verbal and written) preferred

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications preferred
