Summary: The Manager, Media Services is a creative and talented videographer, editor and producer, as well as a proven resource for audiovisual and photography needs. Reporting to the Director, Network Marketing and Communications, this individual manages the direction and the day-to-day workloads and responsibilities of the Media Services team while also taking the lead role in video and audio production, including pre-production and post-production. This position works closely with members of the media services team in addition to the in-house creative team and senior marketing managers/social managers. The Manager, Media Services leads designated projects from conception to finished production across a variety of deliverables including internal/external videos, commercials, testimonials, animations and social media content. This individual is also responsible for providing onsite and offsite AV support as appropriate. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Team Management: Oversees project requests and manages assignments and workloads for Media Services team. Ensures success and effectiveness of media services support for clients. Evaluates operational flows and makes recommendations for areas of improvement. 25%
Pre-Production: Collaborates with marketing team and internal clients to define strategy and goals for video projects. Leads creative ideation and video concepting, including storyboarding, location scouting, lighting, sound and on-camera talent direction. Shoots all video content.                                      25%
Post-Production: Uses imagery and sound to create impactful videos that engage the target audience and helps drive achievement of project goals. Edits all raw video footage, corrects color, adds appropriate audio and on-screen graphics. Adheres to organizational brand standards and guidelines. Works with stakeholders to make needed changes and gain approvals. 25%
Audiovisual Support: Provides AV support for meetings and programs, both onsite and offsite. Coordinates programming and recording of broadcast and teleconference programs. Coordinates schedules of events, tasks and duties associated with events requiring AV services and equipment. Maintains and troubleshoots equipment. Proficient in wide variety of AV equipment.                                                  10%
Responsible for assisting with photography requests, particularly those involving higher level requirements including special lighting and coordinating photography assignments with other members of Media Services staff and the larger Marketing staff team. 15%
Understands latest video, audio and graphic tools available in addition to best practices.  
Performs other work duties as assigned.

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Digital Media, Graphics or Communications (or related field) or minimum of seven years relevant experience in media production and support.          
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Technical knowledge of video production including lighting, camera operation, audio recording and editing.
Proven track record of planning and organizing all aspects of video production process.
Proven ability to work independently yet collaborative as required.
Demonstrated success collaborating at all levels and across all functions of an organization.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple concurrent assignments.
Self-starter, highly motivated and enthusiastic.
