Job Descriptions:

Sherman Associates is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant. This role is a critical member of the marketing team supporting all marketing communications efforts related to corporate communications and property (real estate) marketing. The primary function is to ensure that the frequency of all on-line listings and advertising is maximized and the content is up to date.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain property database, on-line listings, craigslist, website and advertising.

Assess property and competition listings and tactics, provide direction on strategy.

Provide property and event photography as needed.

Initiate engagement of ILS reviews.

Assist in design, management, and posting of content for social media plan.

Provide design support for property maps, brochures, flyers and signage.

Assist in all promotion efforts related to property and corporate marketing.

Measures and evaluates the results of projects to include recommendations for improvements.

Planning, creating and producing graphics and designs for marketing collateral.

Assists with the updating and maintaining of the company website and related technology.

Special projects or other duties as assigned.

Create and distribute property videos.

Other tasks & duties as assigned based on business need.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field required.

1-3 years of prior experience supporting a corporate marketing team preferred.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently; to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, problem-solving and administrative skills.

Willing to learn and be open to suggestions/ideas to improve productivity and efficiency.

Committed to providing superior work product.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to exercise judgment and suggest creative approaches to new issues.

Possesses initiative and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Is team-oriented and flexible in assuming new responsibilities as they arise.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
