Infiniti North is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for a Regional Marketing Communications Manager based in Aurora, IL.
In collaboration with Regional Marketing management, leads the analysis, development and execution of the Infiniti Retailer Advertising Program (RAP) (a co-marketing program supporting both Tier 2 and 3 activities) to maximize vehicle sales, brand value, and profitability objectives within assigned Region.
Reviews, monitors, communicates and assists in formulation of agency advertising plans to drive Retailer sales and enhance brand value under constantly changing conditions.
Leads development of Regional marketing communication plan including integration across all marketing disciplines with internal departments (centers of expertise).
Collects and maintains Regional knowledge of key competitors' marketing strategies to plan and react effectively to pricing, product, promotion and placement of Infiniti vehicles. Utilizes expertise and services of Tier 3 partner agencies. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field plus 6-10 yrs progressive Marketing and Sales experience. Prior work may be a combination within an agency, dealership, region, or headquarters, and may be at the Analyst or Manager level or similar type of position.
In-depth exposure and understanding of the development/implementation of automotive marketing plans is required.
Possesses an understanding of Retailer operating business, advertising/marketing principals, concepts, practices, and a general knowledge of industry practices as well as strong creative instincts.
Ability to navigate a critical path using own strategic thinking, judgment, innovation and ingenuity without appreciable direction.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other PC applications, to produce non-standard, creative products.
Ability to plan, schedule and manage projects to implementation and make decisions independently that result in innovative, creative solutions.
Travel:Approximately 25%-50% day and overnight travel
