You will work across sectors to conceive, develop and produce effective social content campaigns.
Work includes content strategy development, social copywriting for digital platforms, but may also include website copy, taglines, campaign messaging, or video scripts. Writing projects should start with a solid creative idea, so your ability to concept is a necessity.
Serve as a community management lead/deputy role on a major work stream, partnering closely with team leadership to ensure top notch client service
Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives
Basic understanding of digital advertising, search engine optimization, influencer marketing and promoted social content
Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
Build relationship with clients and colleague at all levels
Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content such as strategy presentations, long-form editorial and POV documents
Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs
Deep understanding of social media platforms
Writing clear, persuasive, original copy for social media platforms, inclusive of social customer service
Amending, revising or redeveloping digital campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients;
Overseeing tone and language of social campaigns through the production stage to completion;
Keeping up to date with social platform updates, popular social culture and trends
Owning the content development process, ensuring that content is final, client facing and delivered on time
Internalizing client details, practices and behaviors to efficiently manage content needs, timelines, proclivities, etc. and ensure that they are applied across all content-related deliverables
Managing client delivery of assets, feedback, revisions and finalization of content packages directly with the client
Developing content strategy and associated documents like channel strategies, social voice and tone guidelines, and content playbooks
Liaising with and effectively guiding production and design resources to serve the account, working directly with those individuals to drive forward content development (creative and written)
Collaborating with the paid team to ensure that all content aligns with and support each campaign's content structure and requirements
Demonstrate a collaborative, hard-working team spirit, focused on serving the entire client team and the needs of the client
Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation

Please note that we will require seeing some examples of live communities or portfolio examples of strategy documents and/or channel plans that demonstrate a strong understanding of the development of these foundational documents.
The senior account executive must have at least two years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing.
The senior account executive should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously. S/he should be able to develop communications plans, implement public relations tactics and impart knowledge to more junior team members. S/he should have strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
