As an innovative leader in the Healthcare Staffing Community, we are looking to expand our Corporate Marketing Team in Boca Raton, Florida. The Marketing Manager will establish and activate Accountable's marketing function, including owning the overall digital strategy and forming a high-performing team. You will create integrated marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and position Accountable as a continued leader in Healthcare Staffing You will ensure sales and marketing priorities are aligned to meet aggressive revenue goals, adjusting as required by changing conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities. We aren't looking for someone to simply oversee the pushing out of blog posts as fast as possible - we are looking for someone who knows how to creatively connect with our customers and craft messages that evoke emotion, build trust and spark action. You will directly support sales in product positioning, creating collateral, planning, tracking and implementing demand generation digital campaigns, conducting market research/competitive analysis and helping to define a positive customer experience throughout their life cycle. This marketing wizard will need to understand multiple Healthcare segments and markets and be able to create unique content to reach our ever expanding audience.

Can build relationships with internal employees to deepen knowledge of company projects and interworking's of the organization.

Enjoy tracking, measuring and reporting of metrics relating to marketing, lead generation and content production using Google Analytics and internal data to quantify the value of all content marketing initiatives.

Skills: Leveraging various analytical tools to analyze results and communicate performance

This individual will also be responsible for media planning activities across the company, ensuring integrated planning and buying.

Develop in-depth knowledge of company and customers, including company background, marketing initiatives and success metrics

Basic on-page search engine optimization knowledge for online collateral

Marketing to establish appropriate departmental budgets

Serve as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns

Qualifications: Proven experience in building high performing Marketing teams that deliver results

Four year college degree required; concentration in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, English or Journalism strongly preferred

Maintain a working knowledge of digital content marketing and SEO best practices

Independent worker and self-starter, creative raw smarts required

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into a story

Positive, can-do and will attitude
