Direct the overall management and implementation of marketing and communications for the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, including all matters related to advancing pediatrics and pediatric surgery divisions and specialties. Lead a robust, integrated and strategic marketing and communications program to elevate awareness and positioning of the Children’s Center as a premier pediatric academic medical center for innovative research, teaching and patient care. Oversee multidisciplinary team and leverage the skills and capabilities of the overall JHM Marketing & Communications department and system colleagues to lead, integrate, grow and measure impact of strategic external and internal marketing and communications plans and strategies that align with the shared mission objectives and management goals of the Children’s Center.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field is required. Experience beyond the work experience requirement may be substituted on a 2:1 basis (i.e. 8 years).
Minimum 7 years' related experience required. Ten years' experience is preferred.
Full Time, Day Shift (40 hours)
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Weekend work required
