Description The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for contributing tothe strategic development, coordination and implementation of corporatecommunications initiatives at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (Keurig). With aprimary goal of elevating and protecting the leadership and reputation of Keurigwith external audiences, this person develops and executes corporate andsustainability PR strategies and tactics that promote awareness and engagementamong our target stakeholders; develops corporate messaging and assets; andtakes the lead in the development of digital corporate communicationsstrategies. Essential Job Functions: Corporate Communications &Media Relations Work with the Corporate Communications and PRteam in the strategic development, coordination and implementation of corporatecommunications and public relations programs at Keurig with a goal of elevatingthe leadership and sustainability profileof company Research, develop, and implement proactive andreactive media relations strategies for Keurig\u2019s corporate, sustainability andcommunity initiatives, including serving as a company spokesperson, training ofspokespeople, and developing media lists Collaborate with departments across the companyto uncover insights and identify news, initiatives, and story ideas to leveragein external communications Manage creation of communications materials,including spokesperson messaging, Q&As, press releases and other collateral,representing the corporate voice authentically Manage company speaking opportunities and awards,including researching opportunities and managing submissions Support the planning and execution of corporateevents, on-site media interviews, corporate photography and video shoots, asnecessary Support corporate issues and crisis mitigationand management Partner with internal constituencies to createand embed consistent corporate messaging and storylines for mulitple audiences,including internal communications, business communications, learning anddevelopment, and talent acquisition Foster relationships with and provide day-to-daydirection to external communications agencies and vendors Manage Corporate Communications budget,including vendor paperwork Digital Communications Lead corporate website activities forKeurigGreenMountain.com and KeurigRecycling.com, which include: Develop and coordinate ongoing the sites\u2019content & messaging, including managingeditorial calendars and photos, video and graphic libraries Identify, train, and manage contributing editorsto each site Conduct analysis and report out on contentactivity to drive optimization and engagement on the sites Manage the sites\u2019 appearance and ongoingmaintenance, working with IT and key content stakeholders on regularenhancements Act as corporate liaison with digital and brandteams to ensure corporate messaging consistency across all channels digitally,including international Support global social media team in developmentof corporate and sustainability content and campaigns Follow and recommend emerging trends,technologies, and applications for potential implementation and optimization,benchmarking against other best-in-class peer corporate sites Qualifications Competencies\/Skills Required Bachelor\u2019s Degree required in Communications,Journalism or English degree or equivalent required 6 years of public relations, communications ormarketing experience \u2013 agency or in-house Outstanding verbal and written communicationsskills Possesses clear ability to manage multipleprojects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility undertight deadlines Team player, ability to build strong relationsinternally across functional areas and externally with vendors, suppliers, andother constituents Self-starter, highly motivated, and ability towork independently Commitment to company purpose and values Ability to travel occasionally as required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word,PowerPoint, and Excel) Keurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
