The Marketing Brand Specialist, branding execution will be based at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems headquarters in Tewksbury, MA, and responsible for executing the day-to-day promotional activities that drive awareness and understanding of Raytheon IDS products and capabilities in the global marketplace under the supervision of the IDS Brand Manager. The responsibilities for this role include: Branding Execution New asset development: partner with Branding Manager and Business Communications leads to develop new creative assets (DSM content, infographics, program logos, etc.) to support campaign objectives Asset translation: partner with Adv Media and various international agencies to translate new content into various local languages Tradeshow branding: support Raytheon IDS' participation in Tier 1 & 2 tradeshows to develop thematic branded experiences for Customers and work with Adv Media or tradeshow vendors to develop wall graphics Community Relations branding: partner with Community Relations lead to identify branding opportunities and appropriate advertising execution in support of community events & sponsorships IDS site branding: partner with site leads and Advanced Media to ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines for any branding updates Measurement & Analytics Regularly (e.g., quarterly) report on results, successes and course corrections across all paid promotional efforts Partner with digital team to develop channel strategies informed by data analytics Evaluate results and ensure actions are taken to address any issues that arise over the life of the campaign Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field with four years' work experience in a communications discipline, marketing relations, branding, advertising, media relations, content development, digital marketing or social media. Or two years of experience with Master's Degree Proven track record of project management and developing multi-media projects Desired Qualifications: Defense, high tech, or advertising agency industry experience Experience with international communications campaigns Ability to be proactive, collaborative, creative and willing to recommend new ideas and approaches Strong team player with the ability to work within a matrixed organization What's YOUR Mission?
