Description Senior Project Manager Candidates must have PM or Producer experience in a marketing, public relations, digital or advertising agency setting. The Senior Project Manager will be focused on helping some teams develop and manage detailed SOW's as well as manage the day to day team tracking and delivery across workstreams, especially focused on efficient management of creative deliverables.The ideal candidate should have familiarity with different types of projects and deliverables, including strategic presentations, branding, creative concepting, video, some digital, print and vendor management.You will serve as the primary contact for internal team members\u00a0and outside vendors, in charge of leading projects from concept\/strategy through flawless execution. One of the most important aspects of being a Senior PM is the ability to be the conductor of the project\/team and be a proactive, solution-oriented, and a strategic leader (not reactive).The Senior PM will demonstrate effective resource management in collaboration with discipline leads and with network resource managers. PMs should be anticipating resource needs, as well as controlling expectations with internal teams and clients around how quickly resources may or may not be available.\u00a0 Qualifications Qualifications BasicQualifications: \u2022Have 5 years projectmanagement experience\u00a0 \u2022PM experience with amarketing, public relations, consulting or advertising agency setting \u2022Strongexperience with scoping, development of budgets and schedules for complexprograms with multiple workstreams \u2022Strong financial andresource management experience DesiredQualifications: \u2022Be a strong hands-on,rubber-meets-road type that can organize and operate multi-faceted projects \u2022Have excellent writtenand verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicatewith internal team members across multiple levels, building trust in yourabilities to get the job done effectively \u2022Have excellentorganization and time management skills \u2022Be comfortable digginginto account finances: developing WBS or staffing models, writing SOWs,tracking burn rates \u2022Be a demonstratedself-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinaryteam \u2022Show a clear ability towork autonomously, with solid decision-making skills \u2022Ability to adjustdeliverables and define them in detail in SOWs. Should be able to significantlycontribute to keeping clients and projects on track so there are no overages. \u2022Knows when a changeorder is needed and works with account team to communicate the changeproactively to the client (before it is too late to ask for more funds). \u2022Creates and maintainskey project documentation to a very detailed level \u2013 the PM is the owner ofmaking sure all details are accurate and included where needed across allproject deliverables (even ones the PM does not draft). \u2022Escalates issues at theappropriate time and with the right approach (whether internal or with theclient). \u2022Loops in junior supportor senior support as needed, keeps PM manager informed of all project\/accountsthe PM is managing. Reviews estimates\/SOWs with PM manager and discipline leadsbefore finalizing. \u2022Effective resourcemanagement in collaboration with discipline leads and with network resourcemanagers. PMs should be anticipating resource needs, as well as controllingexpectations with internal teams and clients around how quickly resources mayor may not be available. \u2022One of the mostimportant aspects of being a Senior PM is the ability to be the conductor ofthe project\/team and be a proactive, solution-oriented, and strategic leader(not reactive).
