Our team has a number of key responsibilities to support our advisors service model and growth through marketing and communications in a fun and flexible environment. The team is responsible for reviewing advisor created materials, websites, social media and other types of advisor-generated material. The Sales Supervision Manager - Marketing and Communications will be focused on reviewing and approving advisor created marketing materials such as print ads, videos, seminar & event related materials, website pages and brochures.

Sales Supervision Manager - Marketing and Communications
Review and approve advisor created marketing materials These items will be reviewed from a brand and regulatory compliance perspective to ensure they are truthful, accurate, balanced and not misleading.
Consult with advisors to support them in aligning their materials with brand and company policies.
Interact with Marketing, Compliance Communication Review Group, Compliance Policy, Brand, Legal and other business partners outside of the Supervision department as necessary prior to RP approval.
Occasionally this position will also be required to serve as a subject matter expert in meetings with business partners as well as field leaders.
The candidate will be expected to effectively handle escalated and sensitive issues.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years minimum relevant work experience.
Problem solving and analytical skills; ability to effectively analyze complex issues.
Ability to consistently exercise good judgment when making decisions on complex matters that don't have clear answers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to deliver unfavorable messages.
Ability to consistently influence positive behavior through coaching and education.
Ability to document activity in a fact-based and comprehensive manner.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and in a team environment.
Additional active licenses or the ability to obtain the following:
Active Series 7 required.

**These exam licenses, if not actively held, need to be passed within 120 days of start date. If multiple exams are required, they can be done consecutively, and an additional 90-day window will be added after successfully passing each exam.
