SENIOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATE\/RECRUITING We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Corporate Communications Associate with a demonstrated track record in corporate communication, recruitment marketing and social media to join our team in our global headquarters in Evanston, IL. The role involves developing, driving and executing a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy across our social media channels and corporate website. This role is designed for a self-starter with deep experience and passion for corporate communication and social media.\u00a0 The role falls with our People Communications team and works very closely with the recruiting team. The People Communications team informs, engages, inspires and empower past, present and future employees by delivering innovative and dynamic content across internal and external channels. Responsibilities: Develop, contribute to and support the execution of an effective global social media communications strategy, highlighting our people, open roles, life at the firm and career advancement on ZS\u2019s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram channels; Create original and compelling content for social media communications channels (both general day-to-day and complex, long-term campaigns) to build brand awareness and growth of ZS-specific hashtags; Plan and execute creative recruitment marketing campaigns for a variety of roles in collaboration with ZS\u2019s recruiting team while enhancing the employer brand; Generate original ideas and assist with the development and production of short videos highlighting ZS people, life and programs; Manage a global social media content calendar, working in collaboration with the India social media team and identifying opportunities to streamline and amplify messaging; Seek out and write creative on-brand stories (using AP Style) about the culture of the firm (people profiles, events, activities, volunteer efforts, professional development, etc.), adapting this content as needed for the Life at ZS blog; Work with senior leaders to strategically enhance their social media presence; Develop and lead trainings to help educate and empower fellow ZSers on the use of social media and the firm\u2019s employee advocacy tool to help grow the firm\u2019s presence on the key channels; Design graphics for social media channels using templates when necessary; Devise strategies to enhance the candidate experience on the careers pages of zs.com and generate increased web traffic; Assist with content creation, branding and improving the candidate experience on recruitment-focused microsites; Manage\u00a0feedback and comments\u00a0on all digital platforms and regularly review social listening reports; Monitor and share best practices for measuring the impact of social media campaigns; Regularly analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and make targeted improvements as needed. Qualifications: Minimum bachelor\u2019s degree in communication, journalism or related field; master\u2019s degree (MA\/ \/MBA) preferred; 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in multi-national professional services environment with demonstrated experience in the scope of this role; Strong work experience\u00a0creating channel-appropriate content (visual, video and curated)\u00a0relevant to both new and experienced workforce and deploying it across various social channels; Proven record in leading social media recruitment-based marketing that achieves results, including creation of channel-specific strategies, acquisition and growth of social audiences and measurement of results; Experience working with a global team on strategically creating, posting and amplifying social content across all channels preferred; Good sense of aesthetics and visual skills; Experience writing in AP Style and the use of Adobe Creative Suite preferred; Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills; Understanding and experience in all key digital marketing channels; Leveraging and adapting internal communications into social media will be an added advantage; Demonstrated ability to develop internal stakeholder relationships; Dexterity with social media management and analytics platforms; High-energy communications strategist and practitioner.
