Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Social Media Manager in Brea, California (CA).\r

Summary:\r
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The Social Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day logistical operation and executions within the scope of the social media networks. The candidate will be required to collect and review social media data to provide insights and recommendation to develop more effective campaigns.\r

Key Responsibilities:\r
Manage social media profiles on a daily basis; This includes managing the monthly calendar, scheduling, creating content and reporting on both organic and paid campaigns across all social channels\r
Work closely with the digital marketing and product teams to develop and integrate social media programs that help to achieve corporate marketing goals and drive more engagement across channels\r
Analyze the long-term needs of social media strategy and develop monthly reports that outline trends, implications and recommendations for the digital marketing plan\r
Help establish and drive strategic vision and standards for the social media channels\r
Nurture and grow social media communities by monitoring and moderating discussions, proactively engaging in relevant conversations, ensuring prompt response to inquiries through social channels and maintaining reputation on social media\r
Research, identify and build relationships with brand advocates and industry media (journalists, bloggers, on-line communities, editors and more), building network & voice to support various media activations such as launch of new products, marketing promotions, partnerships, and more\r

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field\r
3 years of relevant social media management, PR or agency experience\r
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail\r
Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot problems, manage pressure-filled situations, drive change, and collaborate with others\r
Organized self-starter who can bring expertise to the team and follow through from concept to completion\r
Extroverted and positive personality with a strong interest in learning and ability to take feedback constructively\r
Innate understanding of and passion for current digital marketing practices\r
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way\r
Solution oriented thinker who can identify buyer motivations\r
Willingness to monitor communities on evenings and weekends\r
Experience with social listening tools, content marketing solutions, MS Office, and CRM systems\r
Proficiency with social media commerce, Google Analytics and Photoshop is a plus\r
