The Marketing Specialist - Social Media will be a œhands-on team player who is able to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment managing the social media presence across multiple **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brands. They must be able to show their understanding of the social space, creative thinking and drive for flawless execution. This role will have the unique opportunity to produce content around our MLB teams, marathons, fitness and influencers partnerships.
Reporting to the Head of Global Consumer Engagement and will interact regularly with our Head of Global Brand Marketing and CMO, as well as outside agencies and key opinion leaders.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain an active social media presence for several **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brands across platforms
Manage social media calendars, including drafting post copy, coordinating assets, scheduling posts, and publishing on channels
Create and edit engaging original content and source user-generated content in a variety of media types, including images, videos, Stories, GIFs, etc.
Collaboration and development of content with creative teams and agency
Ensure brand voice comes through across all social platforms and posts
Identifying opportunities to create impactful earned buzz
Monitor and respond according to guidelines and best practice
Develop social media reports to measure the success of social accounts and campaigns on an ongoing basis
Oversee the production and timeline for content calendars to ensure they reflect company objectives
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Collaborate closely with managers in brand marketing, clinical marketing, innovation, sales, and strategy.
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
1-2 years social media experience at either an agency or brand
Experience managing multiple social media accounts
Firm understanding of social media tools and capabilities, including:
Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc)
Management tools (Spredfast, Sprinklr, etc.)
Digital monitoring and identifying trends
Social media measurement/analytics
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight travel
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent presentation skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in social and emerging media
