As the Employee Engagement Coordinator on our Management Team, you will play a critical role by supporting, & sometimes leading, contract-wide employee initiatives, events, & communications. As the go-to person for coordination of a range of employee engagement offerings, you will contribute to aspects of new-hire orientation and onboarding activities, agency-wide events, & in your role as the on-site engagement lead for our New Mexico-based team(s). You’ll also work closely with our cross-functional and geographically dispersed Support Team(s), to nurture & support employee engagement and our Belcan Government Services employee experience. To be effective in this role, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, quick thinking & a solution-focused mindset, & be a true team player who, as the eyes and ears for Belcan Government Services, represents our brand & drives our desired employee experience with consistency & polish. Core Responsibilities •Soup-to-nuts events coordination & program administration of employee engagement offerings for our New Mexico offices, & remote support for all locations as needed—includes coordinating logistics for meetings, scheduling, booking equipment, meeting rooms, ordering catering, etc.•Manage & maintain agency-wide engagement calendar.•Support internal communications with creation & delivery of high-quality communications that tell the BGS story in a simple but compelling way•Hands-on event planning & coordination of large scale agency-wide events, e.g., quarterly live virtual town hall, Community Activities, Wellness Events, etc.•Manage, publish, & maintain internal communications & Intranet content.•Collect feedback for engagement activity and program impact measurement.•Special projects and other tasks as assigned (quite common).Requirements:Clearance Level: •You must be able to obtain & maintain a U.S. Government ClearanceRequired Skills:•Minimum 2 years work experience coordinating companywide employee programs and events with minimal supervision•Strong interpersonal, project coordination, communication (verbal and written), skills—copyediting experience and familiarity with AP style a plus•Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and delivering on a variety of projects concurrently in a demanding, deadline-driven environment•Sound judgment and discretion related to sensitive matters and confidential information•A strong inclination for effective collaboration, with experience building and maintaining strong relationships across teams, functions, office locations, and with all levels of employee•Working knowledge of audio visual and office equipment\/systems a plusEducation or Certifications:•You must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a GED equivalent. Desired Skills or Notables:•A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Human Resources or similar field, is desired. •Experience in generating reports & presentations, is preferred.•Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint, as well as Internet research; Photoshop & other publishing software, a plus.If you are interested in this Employee Engagement Coordinator, located in Albuquerque, NM, please apply via the, “Apply now,” link provided.
