The ideal candidate has extensive tech communicationsexperience and will lead integrated communications work for clients. Thecandidate must maintain a thorough understanding of our client's products andindustry, and translate that knowledge into effective communications strategiesand activation plans. This role demands a results-oriented and innovativethinker able to develop and own integrated storytelling across digital, owned,earned, social and paid channels. The candidate must be a collaborator, aproactive and critical thinker, comfortable leading client teams, and capable ofmanaging a dedicated account team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Serve as key client point ofcontact and oversee day-to-day operations of integrated team on programs Consult and developintegrated strategic programs including content marketing, social mediastrategy, event activations, public relations, etc. Drive development ofsolution-based program strategies and direct development of tactical plans Review, direct and activelyshape work to ensure all tactics and creative are on strategy, on budget, anddelivered with high quality Proactive about developingideas across owned, earned and paid channels Contribute to contentdevelopment strategy (press materials, FAQs, bylined articles, social contentand blogs, etc.) Be responsible for clientfinancials and profitability Address any issues, troubleshootproblems and provide strategic counsel Team Management: Provide leadership,direction and guidance to account team Develop and coach accountteam for peak performance Work with peers to furtherthe mission, goals and culture of the agency Mentor individuals so thatthey are able to achieve their professional goals Ensure quality work fromteam in order to meet\/exceed client expectations Attend account reviews andstaff meetings - provide ongoing communications and feedback Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s Degree Minimum of 8-10 years\u2019 experiencedriving integrated technology communications strategies \u2013 either at a digitalmarketing agency, PR agency or consulting firm, or within a dynamic in-housecommunications function. Strong writing, projectmanagement and organizational skills; and ability to multi-task to meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality\u00a0 Significant experiencedeveloping and implementing integrated account strategies and programs thatleverage paid, earned, shared and owned media. Experience leading accountsin (or a personal passion for) technology, aerospace or aviation industries A proven ability to lead andmanage cross-functional teams.
