Overview The Sales Development Representative handles both outgoing/incomingu00a0calls/emails from customers or prospects with the intent of promoting Total Expert Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and services to qualify interest and purchase potential; generate sales leads; refer these leads to the direct sales team under specific circumstances; and support revenue generation. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement but may be assigned to work on special projects and may indirectly report to manager(s) on other management teams for such special projects.u00a0 About us: Total Expert is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that created the first enterprise-grade Marketing Operating System (MOS) specifically for regulated financial services organizations. Total Expertu2019s MOS aligns marketing, sales and compliance in a single system of record, empowering salespeople to grow their marketing and sales efforts while ensuring they stay compliant with complex regulations. Essential Functions: Ensure each qualified lead or account is established within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the appropriate referral, marketing or other tracking codes along with all other required information, document customer and contact information in real time Place 60-80 Outbound Calls / emails per day Schedule one (1) sales/web Demonstration per day Forward qualified leads to the direct Account Executive based upon region and criteria (vertical). Track and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up by region for achieving the desired results Work closely with Field Sales (Regional Sales Managers) to target accounts and build out pipeline in their respective regions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, computer and information sciences or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Minimum 1 years sales experience, preferably in business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent
