Digital Marketing, Project Manager','17008079','!*!KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Management / Marketing Plan Execution• Demonstrate and practice thorough understanding of Digital Project Management role and responsibilities and build relationships with Marketing and extended internal team members.• Create and maintain brand digital projects status report and facilitate regular brand and extended team meetings.• Manage relationships with promotion agencies, and digital agencies (creative and media), digital partners and vendors in the implementation of brand communications.• Utilize knowledge of the digital creative design processes to deliver flawless execution of digital brand tactics across multiple platforms and channels. • Lead review and approval processes, and communicate revision needs to vendors while maintaining delivery against initial timelines.• Apply working knowledge of Nestle, industry, brand, government (FDA), legal and regulatory guidelines on all projects. • Create and refine best practices and processes for successful project execution (legal review and approval, tools, content management systems).
2. Marketing Support • Lead digital brand team tactical activities and responsibilities via clear and specific project plans that identify key milestones for promotions and communications based on the annual marketing plan. • Apply teamwork, project management and leadership skills to become contact for promotion, digital agencies and key support groups.• Build and continually update best practices for Marketing tactics, platforms, and consumer/trade promotion vehicles.
3. Department Support • Engage and interface with Division and Digital COE to build professional relationships; participate in Department/DCOE-wide initiatives.• Demonstrate support of Management vision, mission, values, goals and TPMS.• Engage in and practice Nestle Leadership Principles.','!*!QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education:Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required (or 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications Project Management).
