Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk & Compliance division is looking for a Sr. Manager, Content Marketing to join our Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) Solutions team in Hartford, CT or Houston, TX.

As the Sr. Manager, Content Marketing, you’ll develop and implement the content strategy for Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions. Working with internal and external partners, you’ll develop and execute a plan to create and package compelling thought leadership and buyers journey content that increases awareness of our business and solutions, and positions ELM Solutions as the leader in enterprise legal management technology and solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develop a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and products while continuously evolving the strategy

•Develop and maintain a functional content calendar, and collaborate with executive, marketing, product and sales teams to plan and develop content and ensure participation from various team members

•Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person

•Leverage market data to develop differentiated content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the thought leadership assets that support a point of view and educate customers and prospects

•Work with digital team to manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

•Actively monitor content to gauge effectiveness and work closely with the digital team to gather data and make recommendations based on analytics results in effort to optimize content according to SEO

•Develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing

•Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content

•Supervise internal content writer(s), and freelance writers as needed


Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree ideally in Marketing, Communications and/ or Business

•5 years of relevant experience

•Experience with B2B technology, preferably in enterprise software and data/analytics

•Experience with long-form content creation, short social media content creation, and distribution strategies and tactics

•Exceptional storytelling, writing and editing skills

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

•MBA degree

•Enterprise software experience
