We are seeking an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Coordinator to join a team focused on brand development and user acquisition at our Santa Monica office. We’re a team of passionate creatives, marketers and storytellers that require the support of an ambitious self-starter that can support various existing projects as well as ideate fresh opportunities for the business to pursue.
You will be swept up in a fast-paced exciting environment in which you’ll be expected to support projects ranging from creative production & photoshoots to executing community workshops.

You’ll Report To: Sr. Marketing Manager
A typical day as a might include:
Manage deployment of creative assets and promotional scheduling
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies
Proof and QA work to ensure flawless execution
Catalog and present creative inspiration from other brands
Assist the merchandising process with photo cataloging, order placement and tracking, on set support and ad hoc needs
Research industry trends and develop strategies for marketing campaigns
Research and organize information on potential collaboration partners
Support marketing leadership across a myriad of recurring and new projects
Manage the legal review process of brand and marketing initiatives
Opportunity to support cross-team projects in content, product development, social and creative
Work with the marketing team to develop crucial SOPs for recurring projects
Lead weekly tracking of Campaigns
Performs other duties as required
What You Have:
BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
1-2 years of experience working in a marketing function for art, home decor or fashion retail, ideally within ecommerce
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation tools
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Google Analytics
Project management experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Strong leadership, relationship building and communication skills
Insatiable appetite for learning and growth of your own skills for the benefit of the business
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
