\u003cp\u003eThe Leader of Off-Premise will be responsible for managing the strategic direction and implementation for Off Premise dining solutions for IHOP. This is a critical new role and will be responsible for seeing thru the integration of major marketing and culinary initiatives related to Off Premise \u0026ndash; including but not limited to management of DSP\u0026rsquo;s (Delivery Service Provider), online and catering menu and sales, applicable website, app and loyalty efforts and innovative ways to grow the off-premise business.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe IHOP Off-Premise Leader will be required to meet/exceed revenue targets and to have advanced experience and capabilities in marketing Off Premise including measurement, reporting and analytical skills to ensure revenue maximization. In addition, the management of the DSP\u0026rsquo;s will include relationship development and channel strategy as well as contract terms and coordination. This role will be expected to work cross functionally and advise with all levels of internal and external leadership, lead cross-functional teams and ensure all programs and initiatives are complete and prepared for implementation, execution, integration, and evaluation\u0026hellip;resulting in driving overall brand performance.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThis leader will report directly to the IHOP CMO and key collaborators will be VP Strategic Ops, VP IT and VP Culinary for IHOP.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManages portfolio of off premise projects and programs; manages project simultaneously\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManages projects with varying degrees of complexity, definition, and risk\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLeads cross-functional initiatives from inception through testing, implementation, and evaluation\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelops project strategies, success criteria, plan, budget, risk, quality standards, and timeline with cross functional resources\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelops and execute testing and implementation plan for multi-year brand initiatives\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServes as primary lead on emerging concepts and other strategic initiatives\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDefines path to resolution, coordinates and integrates efforts across multiple projects\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLeads cross functional team of subject matter experts; identifies resources required to meet the needs of the initiative; gains alignment from senior leaders on resource commitment\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDrives results through others by influencing, gaining alignment, and effectively facilitating cross-functional activities\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eWorks directly with Franchisees, their designated points of contact and restaurant operators on strategic initiatives\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage and drive the catering category across B2C and B2B channels\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the strategy of the catering promotions\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSkills \u0026amp; Requirements:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMinimum 7 years Food Services industry specifically working on off premise dining solutions and sales.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience working with well-known brands and high-profile campaigns\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated project lifecycle experience including business case development, request for proposal creation, design, testing, implementation planning, issue resolution, and post-implementation support\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrate advanced ability to implement and execute off strategic direction\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSuperior problem solving and decision-making skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent presentation skills and executive presence\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong organizational skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent written and oral communication skills\u003c/li\u003e
